Precision is the minimum.

Quality assurance reporting for medical service providers. Every figure traceable to the data behind it, every report ready for the people who will read it.

What you receive

A finished document. Print-ready PDF, correct document properties, laid out to be read in a meeting and filed afterwards b not a dashboard screenshot or a login to somebody else's tool.

Each report covers the period you need it to. Monthly, quarterly, annual, or produced on request when an accreditation visit lands sooner than expected.

The document is written to be read by people who did not produce it. Your quality committee, your accreditation reviewer, and the facilities you serve should all be able to pick it up and follow it without a briefing.

How it works

Three steps, and the middle one is where the work is.

Send your export

Whatever your system produces, in whatever shape it produces it. We work with the file you have rather than asking you to produce a better one.

Rules are applied

Units normalised, entry errors corrected against a confirmed reference, clinical logic applied the same way every period. Encoded once, not cleaned by hand each time.

The report is issued

A finished document, ready to put in front of a committee. Anything the data could not support is stated as such, with the reason.

Why this is different

Most reporting will give you a number for every field. That is the easy part, and it is the part that fails under scrutiny b because a number printed without support is worse than a gap, and a committee that finds one stops trusting the rest of the document.

We do the opposite, deliberately:

  • Where a metric cannot be supported by the data, the report says so rather than printing a figure.
  • Where an export covers only part of a period, the report states the coverage and marks the figures provisional.
  • Where a threshold comes from a published standard rather than a regulation, the report names the source.
  • Where records look like completed procedures but were not, they are excluded b and the exclusion and its reason appear on the report.
Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 not supported partial export

The accountable body is your facility. We produce the reporting that lets you demonstrate what you did. Stating the limits is not a weakness in the document b it is the reason the document holds up.

About

Quantitive Data Solutions, LLC was founded in 2010 to take quality assurance reporting off the desks of the people who owe it.

Plenty of medical service providers have the obligation and not the capacity b no spare analyst, no time between reporting periods, or no one who knows how the raw export ought to be interpreted. That is the work we do, and it is all we do.

Business Associate Agreements available on request.
